Carlos is a second-year Master of Public Health candidate in Health Management at the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health. In his most recent role, he completed a summer internship developing data analytics tools to track the scaling and operationalization of digital health solutions as a response to covid-19. Prior to graduate school, Carlos operated in a number of roles including healthcare consulting, State-level policy-making at Covered California, and policy advocacy as an intern with Community Catalyst, a Boston-based policy advocacy organization. Carlos holds a B.A. in public health with a minor in public policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
