About Us

We are a premier publication focused on public policy issues that impact Latinx and Hispanic communities in the United States and Puerto Rico.

Founded in 1985, we are the oldest student-run policy journal at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. We strive to lift voices focused on Latinx and Hispanic issues in a non-partisan and inclusive publication. Additionally, we encourage submissions either from established scholar or emerging voices in a particular field. Previous editions of the journal include work from students, journalists, advocates, organizers, artists, and policy practitioners.

Finally, our website and social media provides a platform for rapid and relevant dissemination of timely policy perspectives; while our annual print edition continues our 30-year tradition of rigorous, peer-reviewed policy research and commentary.
