Smithsonian Looking for the Roosevelts with EAB Member, Jim Carr

Jim Carr, HJHP Executive Advisory Board Member and Chair Emeritus leads a study tour for the Smithsonian Resident Associates Program. Titled “Looking for the Roosevelts,” the tour focuses on places and stories in DC associated with FDR, Eleanor, and Theodore Roosevelt.  The bandana Jim is wearing is an exact replica of the one worn by the Rough Riders who charged up Kettle and San Juan Hills, near Santiago, Cuba during the Spanish American War.
