The Harvard Journal of Hispanic Policy Congratulates Executive Advisory Board Member, Dr. Carlos Santiago, for Appointment as MA Commissioner of Higher Education!

Last week, EAB member, Dr. Carlos Santiago, who currently serves as the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education Senior Deputy Commissioner for Academic Affairs, was announced as the new MA Commissioner for Higher Education. This announcement followed the Board of Higher Education’s (BHE) vote, which unanimously recommended (12-0) in favor of Dr. Santiago’s candidacy.
